Your spa seems the right place to relax after an exciting day in the slopes. What would you suggest as treatment to loosen up tight muscles?
It is right, after an adventurous day on the slopes you need some time to rest. This is the reason why we called our Spa with the Ladin name “La Palsa”, which means relaxation. The best way to unwind is by enjoying a hot herbal stamp massage or by passing some precious moments in our hay bath, where the natural perfumes relax body, mind and soul.
San Cassiano, where Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence is located, is one of the charming villages of Alta Badia. What visitors shouldn't miss in San Cassiano?
The small village of San Cassiano with 896 habitants is the most charming place in Alta Badia. When thinking of San Cassiano, the good selection of restaurants (including two Michelin starred restaurants) is the main thought. The cross-country center Alta Badia in Armentarola is fabulous and from there you can also start for snowshoeing tours. Also the nice delicacies and clothing shops are worth a stop after visiting the Ladin Museum.
What would be the best restaurants in the Dolomites (preferably with a view)?
As our area has a lot to offer when talking about delicious food, the Family Canins decided to create a B&B Hotel Residence, where the guests can enjoy breakfast in style in the beautiful breakfast lounges where we take pride in serving a broad range of home-made jams, all sorts of organic bread and unadulterated South Tyrolean cheeses and cold cuts as well as choice specialties from strictly controlled regional and organic sources. During the day people can have lunch directly on the slopes in the numerous mountain huts and at dinner time we make suggestions and our guests can choose between 3 Michelin Starred Restaurants, many Gourmet Restaurants, Traditional Farms serving local specialties or good Pizzerie.
